The Box Breath For Clearing and Relaxing

The box breathing method is used by the Navy Seals and by Hawaiians. There is no difference in execution. Navy Seals do it when they are too anxious. Say when they are facing danger, and the danger registers in their minds. When this fear happens, their bodies will automatically get nervous.

What they do to combat this, is the box breath.

Box Breathing How-to

They breathe like this:

  1. Breathe in through the nose for 5 seconds
  2. Hold your Breath for 5 seconds
  3. Breathe out through the nose for 5 seconds
  4. Hold your Breath for 5 seconds

It looks like a square box.

Why Hawaiians do Box Breathing

Now when Hawaiians do this, they do it for a different purpose. They do it to release stuck energy. One type of energy is the energy of dead ancestors.

Pick a Relative and get ready to see what comes out it might be scary.. so beware.

Do a few rounds of box breathing.

Usually, this makes some sense. Did you sense anything from this? 


Add it to your Tool Belt, Sow it to your Subconscious mind

Now since you have probably tried the box breathing method, you can tell your subconscious mind that there is a new tool in your tool belt. Say to yourself:

“There is a new tool to use, It is called the Box Breath method”

And this is how to do it: then do a round or two of the box breathing.

How to use this in Customer Experience

To set this one up for use in customer experience, You’ll first use a customer service technique that reminds the customer of one of their dead relatives. An easy way to do this is by making your face look like that relative. It’s masquerading – but only for a second or two, just long enough for them to think they’ve seen a ghost. Usually in fast food restaurants, they’ll train the front-end employees to do this it’s call it the “Friendly Face.”

After you set up the Friendly Face, use the box breath method like you would use energy (“Qi Gong” or “Reiki”) 

They will usually make a face that you will find funny.
