I don’t know about you, but is “clearing” ever popular. Well for me, ya a bit, a while back.. I haven’t had to do much because the triggers for it were not really happening much anymore.
I “live to give” and so maybe that might not be the case for you, I have a duty then, don’t I?
Maybe you still are looking for peace of mind. Freedom from negative feelings you don’t want.
Do you not know it came from your own thinking? Who made you think it? you.. sure something must have happened, which got you thinking in a manner less than positive / lovely. But as you did, your emotions came, then the sensations in your body.. aches / pains.
Just because that’s what negative thoughts do for you.
This time, I discovered: a thought. And when I thought it.. I felt pretty relaxed. it’s easy too.
Harmony of Body, Mind, and Soul.
Here’s how to do it:
Think of your Body, Mind and Soul. Then think of a straight vertical line through them all, and then believe that this vertical line creates harmony for those three things.
Add it to your Tool Belt, Sow it to your Subconscious mind
Now that you have learned about how you have it. Now that you have it, you can give it. Project this feeling to others, use your love and energy 🤔 to send it to others instead of smiling or waving.

How to use this in Customer Experience
Well, if you go ahead and do the pose, the mirror neurons of others, are sure to cause them to feel the same way. As you express.. Depending on how well you do it, people who see it should feel a bit relaxed already. I said above you could substitute a smile or a wave for this instead…Â AND I AM GRATEFUL! for thinking this, because that just opens a whole nother door as to how to share the things I share.. Like instead of waving “hi” say it’s Halloween, you could do the “Message from the dead” technique. LOL!Â

Ok, so we were talking about clearing energy which you do not like.. so I have to assume there is somebody toxic in your life, (god bless them, “such good sport”) Here’s a way to use this.
Step 1, just set it up, get yourself in harmony with yourself.
Step 2, be mindful, be in peace of mind, be meditative, don’t have to jump and do nothing at all. then sit back and experience IF there are any changes to yourÂ
mind – thoughts
soul – emotions
body – behaviour
Here’s something, say you DO experience some change, then what is it? Can you talk about it? if you can, why not ask the person you think is responsible, about? By doing so, you can actually verify if they are doing it at all.Â
